As a manufacturer, we stick to our quality assurance policy: product quality is our life. We strictly follow the procedures of ISO 9001 in all process of our production---incoming inspection, pre-production sampling, inspection on assembly line, semi-finished production inspection, full finished production inspection, analysis and handling on defective finished product, passed product warehousing and overall inspection on finished product before delivery. Our quality target is to reach 100% non-defect rate while maintaining a rework product rate below 0.5% |
